<p>In primul rand, tine minte ca indiferent de aliment, acesta trebuie taiat in bucati mici, mestacat incet si atent. Pentru a adauga proteine in alimentatia ta, incearca tofu.</p>
<h2>Sugestiile noastre:</h2>
<h3>Lactate</h3>

<li> iaurt; daca preferati iaurt cu fructe, folosit in prealabil un blender pentru a micsora bucatile de fructe</li>
<li> branza moale: de vaca, brie, cheddar</li>
<li> bauturi pe baza de lapte</li>
<li> budinca</li>
</ul>
<h3>Paine si produse de panificatie</h3>
<ul>
<li> orice tip de paine care nu contine seminte sau bucati de cereale; inlaturati coaja, daca este necesar</li>
<li> briose</li>
<li> prajituri cu textura moale</li>
<li> tortilla</li>
<li> clatite</li>
</ul>

<li> cus-cus</li>
<li> paste</li>
<li>taietei</li>
<li> orez – risotto</li>

<li> majoritatea bauturilor reci iti creeaza o senzatie foarte placuta – ice tea, cafea cu gheata</li>

<li> placinta cu branza, introdusa in prealabil la microunde pentru a se topi</li>
<li> placinte cu crema</li>
<li> jeleu</li>
<li>budinca</li>
